1. Ordering Process


  • Invoice by Email: You will receive your invoice along with the confirmation.
  • Delivery Status:
    ✅ Processing → Email with order number
    ✅ Shipped → Email with DHL tracking number (Track online)
    ✅ Delivery → Email confirmation


2. Delivery


  • Free in Germany (DHL Paketconnect).
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 weeks (including TÜV safety check).
  • Package Splitting: Parts may be delivered separately:
    🔹 Reduced risk of damage
    🔹 Faster delivery through regional warehouses


3. Customs & Taxes


  • Prices incl. 19% VAT – no hidden costs.


4. Delay / Failure


  • Storage Fees: 3 days after delivery failure → €5/day (according to § 475 HGB).
  • Lost Package:
    ① Check delivery location
    ② Contact DHL with the tracking number
    ③ Our TÜV-certified service takes care within 24h:
    ➤ Replacement delivery or full refund
