What happens after your order?
After placing your order, you will receive:

Shipping confirmation as soon as the goods have been taken over by our shipping partner (including tracking number)

Delivery confirmation as soon as your order has been delivered

Stock items: You will receive a total of 3 emails throughout the entire process

Additionally, SMS notifications can be sent for order and receipt confirmation.
Shipment Tracking
Every order includes real-time tracking so your package can be tracked at any time during transport.
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact our customer service.
Tracking numbers are always provided so you can follow the shipment step by step.
What to do if I can’t find my package?
In rare cases, a package may temporarily be untraceable despite having tracking information.
Please don’t worry – we will of course assist you and ensure you receive your goods.
