Warranty conditions

At KINNLS, we offer high-quality products that withstand the demands of daily use.
Our products are tested according to leading industry standards and bear our own quality seal.
For this reason, we grant a 10-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will repair the affected part or fully replace the product with the same product.
If the corresponding part or product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement.

Note: This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Warranty claim – process

Warranty claims must be submitted by email to:

Please include the following information with your request:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the identified defects

  • a brief description of the problem

What this warranty covers

The limited warranty from KINNLS covers material and workmanship defects of selected products sold to end customers.

  • Warranty period: 10 years from receipt of the goods

  • KINNLS decides at its sole discretion on repair or replacement of the defective product or part

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Vintage, clearance, or "as-is" products

  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidents
    (including but not limited to burn marks, cuts, scratches, tears, abrasions, water stains, pressure marks, or damage caused by pets)

  • Normal wear and tear as well as weather-related damage

  • Subjective comfort perceptions (e.g., seating feel), as these do not constitute a manufacturing defect

  • Costs for disassembly, pickup, assembly, or reinstallation

Additional warranty information

Upholstered furniture

  • Frame construction:
    10-year limited warranty
    (Products with customer-owned fabric are excluded from this warranty)

  • Upholstery and soft components:
    10-year limited warranty
    (Comfort perception and odor are excluded)

  • Other components:
    Fasteners, springs, hangers, feet, and moving mechanisms
    → 10-year limited warranty

Wood furniture

10-year limited warranty with the following exclusions:

  • No warranty for display items, damaged or "as-is" products

  • Natural color and surface variations of wood

  • Fading or damage caused by dirt, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use, accident, or commercial use

  • Pilling, shrinking, wrinkling, wear, color variations between production batches

  • Damage caused by chemical treatments not recommended by the fabric manufacturer

  • Damage caused by pets

Lamps / lighting products

  • 1 year limited warranty

Additional note

For warranty claims made more than 6 months after delivery, shipping or delivery costs may be charged.
